The Protein Structure & Biophysics (PSB) platform supports the determination of high-resolution structures of proteins and protein-ligand complexes. Over the years, the group has solved a large number of protein-compound co-structures allowing structure-based design and accelerating the discovery process. The projects tackled by the team cover a wide variety of target classes. PSB also works with the large molecule projects for epitope mapping and to better understand the antibody-antigen interactions.
