The High Throughput Phenomics (HTP) platform combines automated imaging and quantitative data analysis in a high-throughput format and suitable for large-scale applications such as drug discovery and systems biology utilising high throughput image phenotyping (High Content Screening). The technology enables the measurement of 1000’s of morphological features per cell and provides unique insights about the biological changes induced by a perturbation (compounds, biologics, siRNA).
